1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering, or placing an order on our platform, you confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Services & Digital Deliverables
  • Scope of Service: We Invite provides personalized digital invitation websites, individual QR guest passes, scanner portals, and event stationery assets.
  • Delivery: Products are delivered electronically via unique web links and WhatsApp/email pass distributions.
  • Accuracy of Client Content: You are solely responsible for ensuring all names, event dates, venues, maps, and photos submitted are accurate before final deployment.
4. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required at checkout before invitation generation or custom pass workflow begins.
  • Payment processing is handled via verified secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store sensitive payment card credentials on our servers.

Rights & Conduct

3. Intellectual Property Rights
  • Our Assets: All template layouts, interactive envelope animations, pass generator modules, and graphics remain the intellectual property of We Invite.
  • Personal License: Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, single-event personal license to share the generated invitation with your invited guests.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit our templates or software architecture.
  • User Media: You retain ownership of personal photos and media uploaded. By uploading, you confirm ownership or right to use said media.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

When using We Invite, you agree not to:

  • Upload defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unlawful media.
  • Attempt to compromise platform security, reverse engineer scanner check-in APIs, or scrape guest data.
  • Use our invitation links to send unsolicited bulk spam communications.
7. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with Google Maps, WhatsApp, and external cloud services. We are not responsible for compression or formatting constraints enforced by third-party communication apps.

5. Revisions & Cancellations
  • Custom revisions, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • Once pass deployment or custom design rendering has commenced, digital fees are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • We Invite is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed the total fee paid for the specific order in dispute.
9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
